Health & fitness has been a huge part of my life for over fifteen years, and has gradually given me a vast knowledge and expertise through many different areas. Becoming a personal trainer has enabled me to help others reach their fitness goals.
In my experience, everyone needs to have a program designed to suit their individual needs, which will help them achieve their specific goals, such as building lean muscle mass or weight loss.
Just because something works well for your “friend” doesn't mean it will work for you!!!
My love of fitness does not begin and end only in the gym, my passion for sports and being active extends far beyond, to kayaking, basketball, volleyball, kickboxing and more recently discovering yoga, which has helped me fully understand the importance of flexibility and range of motion alongside other training.
