Hi! My name is Yael and I had always been passionate about health and enjoyed helping others achieve their goals. As a personal trainer, I've been able to make a difference for clients to reach their fitness objectives – weight loss, toning, strength, endurance, confidence. I have clients of all ages, male and female - I enjoy talking to each one to understand what makes them tick and to figure out the best way to motivate them to train better. I customize exercise programs based on each individual's unique needs and objectives. So when we train together, we define specific targets just for you and reaching your goals becomes my goal.
